"Pain in my shoulder was ignored"

Admitted to A&E Frimley in early hours of the morning following a fall down stairs.  Staff on duty at the time were kind and caring and did what they could for me in Resus.  After change over of staff I had a head CT and was then seen by a doctor I think who check me over.  I complained my left shoulder hurt that was ignored and I was sent home after about 7 hrs and told not to be alone as I had been knocked out and my head was stitched in 3 places.

I was in shock and traumatisted after the fall.  Since then over 2 years now, had injections in shoulder as it was damaged. Have had numerous other issues including head injury. Thank goodness I found Headway to help me.
