I have recently finished my Pulmonary Rehab classes. The weekly classes have been really helpful. I have fairly noticed a difference in my walking. I'm now walking further than what I could before, Taking bigger strides. My arms are much stronger now which means it takes less out of me doing daily tasks. I Liked the fact we were given handouts at the end of most classes on the topics we discussed. I have a folder at home I with all my class paper work in and will refer back to brochures in the future. Staff where always very helpful and made themselves free at the end of the class to address any questions or concerns we may have. Over all My experience has been very positive, Thank you!
