"Kind and reassuring throughout"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Minor injuries unit

(as the patient),

I was on holiday and had an insect bite when which became infected. I was seen at MIU at the New Victoria by an ENP called Wilma. She was so efficient, got me through quickly, assessed me and gave me antibiotics. She also gave full advice on what to do if it worsened. I found her to be kind and reassuring throughout. Truly excellent service.

Dear millimeterrp66,

thank you so much for your kind feedback following your recent visit to the MIU at the New Victoria Hospital for treatment of your infected insect bite.

We're really pleased to hear that your experience was a positive one, I will pass on your lovely comments to Wilma and the rest of the team, they work hard to provide prompt, compassionate and effective care, its always encouraging to know we've met those standards, they will truly appreciate your recognition.

I hope you are fully recovered now.

with kind regards,

Karen
