After more than 5 years of trying, we came to the Assisted Conception Unit, Ward 35, feeling like it was our last hope. I was in the final months of being 39 when our embryo transfer took place — and it worked. Now, our beautiful daughter is almost one. The entire team was incredibly caring, supportive, and always made me feel at ease. Their warmth and professionalism meant everything during such a vulnerable time. We truly can’t thank them enough.
To anyone still on this journey: trust the team, relax as much as you can, and don’t lose hope. Miracles really do happen.
