"This was the NHS at it's best"

We had an excellent service. I rang on the Friday morning to report a problem with the patients feet. The receptionist, Paula, took the call and was very efficient. The promised call back was made within 20 minutes and the patient was given an emergency appointment. 

We left home immediately, and the patient had the most excellent and thorough treatment by Sharon, which left the patient feeling much, much better. The kindness and standard of care the patient received was fantastic, and even better, another appointment was made for next month. This was the NHS at it's best. The patient felt so much better afterwards and it really had a great effect on them.
