Everything here has been good. Staff are all amazing - could not ask for better.

In particular the Reception staff seem to be able to deal with any situation that arises very easily.

Car parking is not too much of a problem for us - we leave home half an hour early in order to queue up for a parking space. I can leave my husband to park the car if necessary while I go into my appointment.

My appointments schedule has been good - mostly in the mornings which suits me fine.

I cannot think of anything that could be improved in this department - I cannot fault it.

My treatment has been excellent - could not ask for more.

Dear Mario11, thank you for feeding back your experience of our Radiotherapy Department. My name is Bob, one of the Support Workers who work at Reception. It is gratifying to hear that our staff are amazing and you could not ask for better. That is exactly the standard of care and environment that we aim to create. Thank you for those kind words which I will pass on to our staff.

Car parking is, indeed an ongoing issue which our Head of Therapeutic Radiography continues to take to management meetings. I appreciate your forward thinking by leaving early to accommodate the car park queues.
