"It really does help"

About: Gartnavel General Hospital / Pulmonary Rehabilitation

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I would recommend this course if your advised to attend. It really does help you managed your COPD. I now understand how to control my breathing better and don't get as out of breath as I did before attending the weekly classes. Only thing I would say is that I was going a wee bit much for me towards the end but I understand you have to push yourself. Thanks to all
