"Excellent Care"

I attended the new Urgent Care centre at the Ulster this morning. I was there at 8 and was triaged and then treated immediately and left the unit at 0830. Not only was the service incredibly efficient,  I also had the pleasure of being cared for by an extremely kind, caring and very competent nurse called Sabrina. I was absolutely dreading going but it was actually an incredibly positive experience.  My issue was also completely resolved and I left feeling so much better. Thank you so much Sabrina!
