"Could not have been more patient, friendly and kind to me"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Gynaecology (Ward 49)

(as the patient),

 I was anxious about getting my op and staying in hospital for a couple of days but the nurses, hcsw's and auxiliaries in ward 49 Gynaecology could not have been more patient, friendly and kind to me and made sure I was comfortable. Absolutely nothing was a bother for them. They really made my stay better than I thought it would be. Thank you Nurse  Julie, hcsw Julie, and the rest of the ladies!! Xx

What a lovely review of the care you received in ward 49! Thank you very much for taking the time to do this.

It can be an anxious time coming into a strange environment and having an operation. However our friendly team sound like they made your stay with us a good one.

Despite the busy ward environment I'm glad the team showed patience and kindness to you - these are very important qualities to have demonstrated when looking after yourself and all our patients.

I will pass on your comments to Julie, Julie and the rest of the team, it gives the staff a well deserved boost when they get these care opinions.
