(as a service user),

I contacted the GP practice at Frew Terrace Irvine this afternoon and the receptionist was lovely! (Sorry didn’t get her name). She dealt with my enquiry and got me a telephone appointment with the GP an hour later.

Dr Malloy was absolutely fantastic and a credit to the practice and to the NHS! Outstanding service and thanks again to everyone at Frew Terrace. Nothing is ever a bother.

Keep up the good work! Thanks so much!!

Thanks so much Marie. The GP practice deserves all the praise! Not an easy job to be doing! Always very helpful and forever grateful for the work they all do!
