Appreciation for Exceptional Care Dr Di Rollo's clinic at Hairmyres Hospital

I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care I received following my recent gallbladder removal surgery at Hairmyres Hospital.After my surgery, I attended a follow-up appointment at Dr. Di Rollo's clinic. Due to a scheduling mix-up, I was initially uncertain about my appointment. However, I was immensely grateful that( Dr. Di Rollo took the initiative to see me, despite not being the surgeon who performed my operation.) He kindly accommodated me a few hours later, addressing my concerns regarding pain levels and swelling in the surgical area.

Upon entering the consultation room, I was warmly greeted by Dr. Di Rollo and Gregg, the surgeon who had been involved with my surgery.Their professionalism and empathy immediately put me at ease. They took the time to ask detailed questions about my recovery and any concerns I had, demonstrating their commitment to my well-being.

Dr. Di Rollo and Gregg promptly decided to arrange for a CT scan and blood tests to check for any potential infection. I am truly thankful for their willingness to prioritise my health, especially given their busy schedules.

Their dedication to ensuring I received the necessary evaluations was evident, and I deeply appreciate their attentiveness to my concerns.

I would also like to extend my gratitude to Marc, who skilfully placed my cannula and explained the next steps in my care.

His professionalism and support were invaluable during this process.

I was called by a surgical doctor named Izzy, who provided clear communication regarding my results.Thank you so very much .

Additionally, the nurses in the scanning department were exceptional, taking the time to explain the procedure and ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the process.

I cannot express enough my appreciation for Dr. Di Rollo,and Gregg, Marc, and all the staff in the Medical Assessment and CT scanning dept
