I spoke to a lady at Rothchilds reception as I was having trouble with the eConsult portal and she was amazing. I was feeling quite unwell and she did everything she could to get me on the GPs list for a call.
However, I do feel the portal needs some improvement as the list of potential reasons on how you feel are very basic and there’s no area to explain why you are feeling unwell, for instance, you can only click on one item for example headache, when you probably have a range of symptoms and this simply doesn’t cover the severity of your illness.
