Older child is 5 years old now so interesting to see how advice has changed slightly. Very informative! !

I am glad you found the session informative. Bringing up children in the most healthy way can be a challenge as a parent - particulary as you say when advice can change over a few short years. I hope your new weaning experience goes well and we see you again at the children centre soon.
