Recently had a cystoscopy done at the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy. All the staff involved were superb and so pleasant. Although I have had this procedure done many times before but always a bit anxious prior to it being done. The staff put me at my ease and all was fine.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to post feedback on care opinion regarding your experiences within Urology. I am very pleased to hear how the staff helped relieve your anxiety prior to your cystoscopy, even though you say you have had this procedure many times before, it can still be a dauting time, especially when you are waiting to see if everything is ok.
The staff do try to ensure that the patient experience is a positive one, and I am delighted to know you feel they were superb and also pleasant during this time.
