My son had an injury whilst visiting family. 111 organised an appointment at Arbroath Minor injuries and was seen quickly. The nurse, Fiona, was excellent with my son. She is an asset to the NHS. The whole team was efficient and friendly. This helped to put my son at ease whilst sore and he relaxed.
