"Fantastic experience with this practice"

I want to commend the staff and particularly the two GPs I have most recently seen at Market Harborough Medical Centre since we moved to the town last October (2024). I have had some non-specific symptoms requiring a series of tests and the GPs have been incredibly attentive, caring and thorough in their assessments. In particular, when I attended my most recent appointment, I had to see a different GP but he was already right up to speed with my history and recent test results so I didn't have to repeat all of the previous history. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful even though they are clearly overwhelmed. I've been able to get face to face appointments when I needed them, and the prescription service is incredibly fast. I honestly cannot fault this practice and I really want them to know how much it is appreciated. Thank you!
