Took into Duke of Connaught Musgrave recently. From the minute that I was signed in by reception to staff taking blood pressure, checking that I was the right person. Surgeon coming to explain what was going to happen before and after. The staff couldn't be more helpful and made your stay pleasant.

We expect our teams to treat patients with care and compassion, dignity and respect, and the professionalism, care, and treatment you received from the staff at Musgrave Park Hospital is of the high standard we wish all our teams to provide. It is genuinely pleasing to hear that you had such a positive experience at Musgrave Park Hospital.

The team you have highlighted (including the entire MDT, Surgeons, Anaesthetists, Nurses, Physiotherapists and HCA's) provide high quality services in preparation for your surgical care and on-going patient journey. I am genuinely pleased that you experienced high quality professional care from all staff involved. This is exactly what the staff come to work (every day) to provide. Please do not underestimate the morale boost that positive feedback such as this provides for the team.
