"I really couldn't have wished for a better hospital visit"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Cataract Unit

(as the patient),

I recently had my second cataract procedure done,  and like my first procedure done in Dec 2023, I was very happy with the care I was given.

The staff were all very pleasant, reassuring and attentive. I really couldn't have wished for a better hospital visit and can now see properly without a blur in my right eye.

God bless the NHS, thank you all you do a wonderful job under immense pressure.

Thanks

Dear Ladyofleisure,

It is lovely to hear that your vision has improved following your cataract surgery and the blur has now gone.

The feedback for the team on their attentiveness and pleasantness in the care they delivered is what we strive to deliver and hearing this from our patients is amazing for the team!

We wish you well in your recovery

Stacey
