"All were excellent showing empathy at all times"

About: Cannock Chase Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a service user),

I had my right hip replacement surgery on the 6.2.25 at Cannock Chase Hospital. I attended the presentation school before my operation it was very good the information and the leaflets given explained what was going to happen before and after my operation and also the information that was given explained everything by the nurses and the physiotherapist from when I entered the hospital on the day off my surgery.

All the staff right from the top to the bottom all were very experienced and showed me empathy while I was in hospital. The cleanliness of the hospital was to a very high standard. The food was good and nutritious there were plenty of choices of food and drinks throughout the day and night if required.

There was assistance on hand if needed but encouragement was given by all the professional staff on shift. The surgeon doctors nurses cooks cleaners physiotherapists all were excellent showing empathy at all times I can not thank them enough.
