"Terrible gp for mental health "

I’ve only just signed up with Edith Cavell and I am extremely unhappy. I can’t use the difficult app to book appointments or request medication, so then you end up calling and you’re like 10 in the queue which takes nearly an hour to get answered; and every single time a receptionist picks up she puts you on hold, the last time I was on hold for over 1hr and the call just went dead with no call back or follow up, I was calling about pain relief and to book an appointment for my mental health (disgusting that I still can’t speak to a GP even though they told the paramedics they would call me to book an appointment so they also LIE!)

Was told my medication would be sent to the pharmacy, which is happens, so I am left I extreme physical pain due to a possible slipped disc and I’m extremely low mood due to my BPD and yet can’t get help for any of my problems. Do not sign up to this GP!
