"Good but…"

Been using this surgery 20yrs now.

It’s a good surgery with great Doctors and nice to have the pharmacy on site but trying to get an appointment is almost non existent and impossible. 6wk wait to see someone about my daughters acne, mean while she’s bullied for it. Then another 6wks to get meds, been referred to a dermatologist but this was October, we’ve not had a letter or anything and it’s now January. Creams and tablets don’t work, still has acne and still being bullied plus scars all over her cheeks.

Just wish things were like they were 20-30 years ago where you were seen much faster and referred much quicker.
