(as a service user),

I feel like its gone really well, i was welcomed and felt safe from the first day. I felt relaxed and comfortable. I was showed to my room what was very nice and warm. staff was lovely and welcoming too. First few days i got to know the other patients and the staff too, they were all lovely people. The food was great, fresh. You can come and go freely in the house.

The detox medication was helpful and i recommend this detox to anyone who wants to get clean. 

The only things that could have been better was if there was a TV in the room and a double bed and allowed visitors.
