"Every member of the team I met was lovely and made me feel at ease"

I attended a recent breast clinic appointment for some right sided breast pain. As I’m already under the care of the breast clinic I received my appointment quickly. 

I was seen and checked over before being sent for a mammogram ( my annual screen was almost due) so it was done there and then. I was able to get the results quickly so there wasn’t any worrying waiting to find out if everything was ok. Thankfully everything appeared to be fine. 

Every member of the team I met was lovely and made me feel at ease. I appreciate that it’s a busy clinic and sometimes there can be long waiting times but on this occasion everything was very efficient and ran smoothly. Thank you.
