"Patients put at the heart of everything"

My experience is not just about today but it’s the previous appointments I have been too. The Sidwell Sexual Health Team have always had the patients well being at the heart of everything they provide. I’ve witness when funding has been tight but at the same time medicines have improved allowing myself and others the ability to visit less. The senior medical team are also pioneers in research and development for new ways to improve the patient experience plus keeping costs on budget or better than the budget which I always enroll in any trials they maybe running. The last 18 to 24 months I have seen a large increase in the amount of staff whom have joined the service making the patient journey that much more difficult than a visit may be. The team are amazing and I would rate them overall as a ‘Outstanding’ rating based on the patient experience.
