Came into to have my daughters cast changed. We were called in by Claire who from the get go was amazing
She made my daughter feel at ease and was great fun.
She was so professional and at the same time familiar. She had us laughing from the start and made the whole appointment strangely enough really enjoyable.
It’s so lovely to come into a busy hospital where these nurses are seeing countless patients a day and to be made to feel special.
