"Kind & helpful"

About: Chorley & South Ribble Hospital

Attended Chorley eye clinic on the 21st October.

Confused over appointments as see different specialities however, the receptionist at the eye centre looked up all my appointments and put them all on an appointment card for me- she didn’t have to do this but took the time and patience to help me which I really appreciated. In the eye clinic the male nurse was kind, considerate and gentle and put me at ease. He explained everything fully and I didn’t feel like I was taking all his time up which is unusual at hospital appointments.

Thank you for the taking the time to help me it made a world of difference.
