"Community matron support home visits"

About: Specialist Nursing Services / Community Matrons, Rushcliffe

(as a service user),

Over the last 3 months, Anne has been coming to my home. This was convenient as she could explain my medication and why I was taking them. She also rang me once or twice too instead of visiting. It's all been very reassuring. I now feel confident in the medication I am taking and the treatment I am getting. It's been excellent and reassuring.
