About: General practices in Greater Glasgow & Clyde

(as a service user),

Phone for soon GP appointment at 0840. Calm and friendly GP receptionist

Given appointment option of Face to Face or Telephone. After triage Face to Face with GP suggested. Given an appointment at 0930 that same day.  

Seen by GP on time, examined and tests arranged that morning.

Not sure it could have been any more slick or efficient.

I have never had cause for complaint with this GP surgery and they deserve recognition/credit (I am in medical profession and know how intense they work under pressure).

I did put the surgery details in but they were removed between submission and approval.
