"Felt in safe and competent hands"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ear, nose and throat

(as the patient),

All positive. Attended ENT, was taken earlier than my appointment, which was excellent, nurse and doctor were informative, very calming and efficient. Procedure carried out without fuss but very professional. Felt in safe and in competent hands.
