(as a service user),

Everyone has been amazing, they have passed on so much knowledge, tips and tricks to us and as first time parents of twins this has been invaluable.  Going home confident thanks to all the staff. 

Level of care shown to the boys has been fantastic...not just their medical needs, but they have doted on them and given them the cuddles they needed when mum and dad can't be here.

Thank you so much for the lovely feedback.

It is great to hear how you were able to increase your knowledge and confidence in preparing you for bringing the boys home. We are also delighted to hear that they received fantastic care and how the staff provided holistic care addressing all of their needs. We are sure it eased a difficult time for you.

We wish you well and hope you are enjoying family life at home with your beautiful twins.
