"Helped me with my son"

About: Intellectual Developmental Disabilities /Learning Disability Services - Community / Intensive Community Assessment & Treatment Team - ICATT (North & South)

(as a parent/guardian),

I worked with Charlotte as my son would not engage. She really helped me with my son and it gave me someone I could talk to. When Charlotte visited, she was always approachable and helpful. She also gave us a chart that helped. I don't feel I need anymore help with my son at this moment.

Dear jazzys35

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave feedback. I'm really pleased that ICATT were able to support your son and that Charlotte was able to talk things through with you and help improve the situation.

I will pass on your feedback to Charlotte and the team and thanks again for providing the feedback.

Kind Regards

Richard Bryant
