On Monday March 11th at 09.45 I submitted the Klinik form online requesting help. Within 10 minutes the 'All encompassing' form had been read and the surgery contacted me to arrange an appointment with a doctor. I missed the call but as I was ringing them back they rang me again to say I could have an appointment at 10.30. I attended the appointment. The young lady doctor who I saw was fantastic. She checked my blood pressure, prescribed antibiotics and also medication to help lower my blood pressure. She booked blood tests and an ECG with the practice nurse the following day. She referred me to Poole Hospital for a Chest X-ray - which was done the day after that, last Wednesday morning and she booked another appointment to see her at 1.30 last Friday to review my blood pressure, blood test and ECG results. All the medication the doctor prescribed has worked! She even suggested a good book worth reading which can help with dealing with the pressures of everyday life that can cause stress and high blood pressure. In summary, an absolutely superb service was provided by the doctor and her colleagues at Lilliput surgery for which I am very grateful.
