"Dedicated care for abdominal aortic aneurysm"

About: Wycombe Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

In September 2013 I was admitted to High Wycombe Hospital suffering from an abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) to be in the care of Mr Andrew Northeast and his team.

From the start of my admission to my discharge I found the staff (from the top to the bottom) to be helpful, understanding, dedicated, caring and professional in both the Intensive Care Ward and Ward 12a.

Too many times we hear on the media negative reports about hospitals that I feel compelled to write on this website in appreciation for all that was done by the staff at High Wycombe Hospital to aid my recovery.

Thank you very much for taking the time to comment - we will make sure this is passed back to the staff in the department, they will really appreciate your kind words.

We hope you are recovering well.

Kind regards
