About: Older People’s Services / Hospital at Home Northern Sector

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

I'm the daughter of a patient who received treatment from Hospital at Home acute care.  The staff were amazing and so professional with the care they give my dad and most of all he felt very comfortable with the staff.  They are truly earth angels. Thank you so much.

Sadly, my father passed away in hospital in January.

The staff deliver safe and effective care in a professional manner and to hear that you received this care makes us as a team know we have fulfilled our role.
