Back at the beginning of August my Mother was admitted with COPD and heart failure. The care she has received has been extraordinary. Staff and treatment offered have all been exceptional.

I am really grateful for the kindness shown by everybody.

We do hope that she is making a good recovery and we are sure this won't have been an easy time for you. This is why it is important that we continue to deliver safe and high quality care and also ensure that the experience patients have of our hospitals is a good one.
