"Awful costumer service "

Was late for my appointment, as I live far away ,had to get 2 busses and got lost .for the record, we don't choose where our appointment is or when (wich is fine ).

There's not check in system. Eventually someone came out to check who was waiting for a scan .I said I was late and apologise for being a bit late .the nurse or assistant told me I might not be seen as I was late .

I told her and apologise for being 8 minutes late ,and she accused me of lying! She said she keep walking back to see if was there. The receptionist didn't want to get involved, when I asked her "you know whattime I got here .

It's fine that I was late,But...the bedside Manor was awful!I she was wishlist her teeth, not looking at me,and raising her her voice .and treating me like a child! I'm 49 year's old and I don't apriciat being treated like akid
