I was told by the staff member on the desk to go up stairs for my appointment so I did, and then someone called a number of names out and asked me who I was. I said my name and they said I was not on the list. I told them I was just sent up and they said no I wasn't - and that I should go down and talk properly and slowly and explain my self better.
Also for a doctors surgery to have no sanitizer in any of there bottles is very bad.
