"The care and compassion was really outstanding"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

I attended A&E at Crosshouse Hospital, Kilmarnock, with my wee girl.

I would just like to say we had been seen, treated and home in under 2 hours. My wee girl had dislocated her elbow (pulled elbow).

From triage to the ANP that popped her elbow back into place, the care and compassion was really outstanding.

Nothing was a bother and the nurse even took time out to give my wee girl a certificate and stickers for being brave.

Thank you soo much for an extremely positive experience during a very stressful time!!

Dear Lennon3

I would like to thank you for taking the time and trouble to share this lovely feedback following your recent admission to the Emergency Department within University Hospital Crosshouse with your daughter.

It will be my pleasure to share your lovely feedback with the Team in the Department, to give recognition for their exemplary care and treatment. When times are challenging, it’s always nice to hear such positive feedback from our patients.

Please accept my good wishes for your daughter’s ongoing recovery and thank you once again for taking the time to acknowledge your care experience.

Kind Regards

Pamela
