My yearly (diabetic) review today was extremely friendly and thorough. I had taken a list of several issues and questions about my condition and it’s management and all were dealt with in detail with helpful advice and information. I was also given the usual health “MOT” and was offered help in improving the “app” I use to monitor my blood glucose. All in all a very pleasant and useful experience which did not in any way feel rushed .
