I realise that parking on private property does not carry the same regulations as parking on public roads, but could Newton Drive Surgery please inform the Post Office & all the various chemist's pick-up vehicles not park in the disabled bays whilst they go about performing their duties?
As I say to these people, if you want to park in disabled bays, have the disability.
