"care and services of staff"

About: Leicester General Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I went in for a biopsy on my leg and was sent to ward 32 which was excellent, staff that cared for all the patients in a well mannered way and respect. Then I was moved to ward 18 where again I received excellence care staff, doctors, including the cleaning staff, all looked after your needs nothing was to much trouble on both wards to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

I hope for the second operation I go back to one of these wards I cannot say again they were fantastic caring staff

BUPA also arranged for me to go on holiday sending nurses out to make sure I got my antibiotics whilst there
