"Excellent care during day procedure"

Recently I attended the day procedure unit at Causeway Hospital, Coleraine. I really must express my thanks to the whole medical and nursing team there - they were all excellent. The surgeon Mr Paschalis was very skilled and professional and all the nurses including Emma and Elaine were kind and  caring; from admission at the start to frequently checking that I wasn't in any pain.

I had the sense that my safety was paramount and the different areas of day procedure ran like clockwork. There was great teamwork amongst the staff which to me created a stress-free environment and in me a relaxed patient. No doubt this has also aided my recovery. Thank-you all so much. A great NHS which must be cherished.
