I had a difficult pregnancy and as soon as I was in 38th week I was given the option to go for induction or C section. I had heard horrible stories of being induced and use of forceps etc so I was panicking and also after care of c section. Nelly was there to give me more information about both and calmed me down. She was a great help since English is not my first language so meeting someone who could speak in my language was really helpful and re-assuring in that situation.
I ended up having a section and after that the pain I had was unbelievable and I was shouting for help and Nelly was there again to calm me down and she even spoke to other nurses translating what I was saying. She was so calm and nice. She had a nice smile on her face that calmed me down when I looked at her. She spoke with confidence and tried to explain everything so I knew it was not an unusual thing that was happening to me. She helped me a lot in breastfeeding as well again because of she knew my language and it was really helpful.
I had an allergic reaction after I left and I had to come back without my baby so it was a difficult night being on my own without my baby and Nelly was there to support me again.
