I recently attended the Norfolk & Norwich for a lung X-ray the staff were excellent and I was seen promptly, when my results didn't arrive at the surgery I telephoned the N&N and spoke to a member of staff in the Radiology Dept who was effecient and told me they would telephone my surgery and sort this matter out, they did this very shortly after my call. Thank you N&N excellent service
