About: Inpatient mental health care (Lambeth)

(as a relative),

Absolutely disgusting in my experience

Went to visit a patient

Visitors room is open for all patients to enter at will

There were discarded adult nappies on the floor and on another occasion discarded soiled tampons on floor

Chairs are dirty

Room is stuffy

Mentally ill patients intimidating visitors

Staff seem aloof

Absolutely disgusting
