"Visit to A&E today with my mother"

About: East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust / Emergency ambulance King's Mill Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

My mother was taken to A&E following a fall

The care from the ambulance crew to the advanced nurse practitioner to the nurses and porters was exceptional

They were friendly caring and informative despite the department being very busy

They should be proud of their professionalism

Special thanks to them all especially A Baker
