About: North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust / Emergency ambulance Warrington Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I was taken to A&E on Friday for the 4th time since February due to a heart condition. I could not fault the care I received from ambulance and paramedics, A&E staff and ward staff on each occasion. Given the pressure within the NHS and the lack of respect shown by some patients I can only congratulate staff for the continued care and commitment shown by all on each admission. Many thanks.

The one thing that I think could be improved is if the pharmacy was open at weekends

The Pharmacy on the Warrington site opens on reduced hours at the weekend; Saturday 10:00am - 1:00pm and Sunday 11:00am - 1:00pm. We will send your feedback across to them to consider longer opening hours.
