The service offered at this hospital is excellent I attended the ENT department on the 14/02/18 using the drop in clinic.
Whilst I had to wait a few hours due to the amount of patients, the staff from reception through to the senior medical officer were fantastic very friendly and caring.
Considering I went to the hospital to have my disfigured nose re-aligned (after a person took offence to how good looking my nose was and broke it) and whilst I would not normally write a good review for anyone that causes me discomfort and pain it was very much worth it my nose looks great again and breathing comfortably through both nostrils.
Having refused the anaesthesia because of a unreasonable fear of needles the Senior Medical Officer was very understanding and helped put me at ease both during the examination and the procedure.
The pain level for this procedure without anaesthesia is low.
If your unfortunate enough to have broken your nose you couldn't find abetter hospital or staff for treatment.
