"Always late"

At the eye hospital. I appreciate delays can happen but this every time. It's not the waiting but the fact we have to pay for extra time in the car park as a result! It's at least an hour and a half today which is about the norm!

I am sorry that you have experienced delays at the eye hospital when attending your appointments.

Unfortunately, the unit is experiencing a high demand and the delays are partly due to this. Please be assured we are developing ways of addressing the capacity issues including the introduction of mobile units.

For all eye hospital outpatients appointments we advise 4 hours.

If you do experience an unnecessary delay please speak with the staff at the time who will advise you regarding any relevant discounts.
