"Great Service from Palliative Care"

About: Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust / Palliative care

(as the patient),

I wanted to thank the Bradford Palliative Care service and in particular Richard the palliative care nurse.  He provides a fantastic service and is a credit to the service.  He is very thorough and explains things in terms you can understand. Hes very caring, it feels like talking to a good friend.  He has been coming for 12 months and we have built up a very good relationship.

He is very knowledgeable and he networks really well so that he involves other people when needed and everyone involved in my care knows what is happening.  This makes me feel very secure and safe with my care. He doesnt leave anything to chance.

I was asked to think of anything that could be better but cant think of a single thing.
